About this opportunity

Do you have first-hand experience of business appointment processes, or would you like to learn more about them? We are looking for interested people from your location to provide self-employed B2B customer advice, where identifying needs and providing clear information are what count.

Your tasks

The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You listen as businesses describe their daily challenges and turn that information into specific follow-up questions. You distinguish between an organisational wish and a product feature that has actually been approved. Where the two could align, you coordinate further sales discussions. You also document which points remain open and who can provide a definitive specialist answer.

What you bring

You can listen carefully to descriptions of day-to-day work and turn them into clear questions. Industry knowledge is helpful; you address gaps in your knowledge before making definitive statements on those subjects.

Your development

As your experience grows, you can assess what information businesses need before making a decision. Clear conversation notes and careful clarification of previously outstanding questions help you do this.

How you work

We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.

Compensation

This is self-employed sales work with results-based commission. No fixed monthly salary is provided; the remuneration terms are agreed before you start.

Illustrative calculation

To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
