Are you good at understanding practical workflows and asking focused questions? KI Master is looking for people from Wuppertal who are interested in self-employed B2B sales, listening to the needs of service businesses and explaining potential digital offerings clearly and factually.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You organise different enquiries within your agreed sales responsibilities and set priorities for further conversations. You research missing business information and arrange for outstanding product questions to be checked. In subsequent discussions, you connect needs with confirmed offerings using specific examples from the business processes described. You then summarise the key findings and coordinate the next requested step with those involved.

You can listen carefully to descriptions of day-to-day work and turn them into clear questions. Industry knowledge is helpful; you address gaps in your knowledge before making definitive statements on those subjects.
Your development
One possible development goal is your own factual conversational style for different industries. It develops through attentive listening, preparation and an honest review of the conversations you have actually conducted.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
