A helpful sales conversation takes a company's day-to-day work seriously. KI Master is looking for people from Herne who can ask service businesses targeted questions and clearly explain how approved digital offerings relate to their processes.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. In your discussions, you distinguish between a specific need for action and a general interest in digital topics. You ask about priorities and the people involved before suggesting further coordination. Within your sales role, you present confirmed offerings, put questions into context and follow up on agreed steps. For more detailed specialist questions, you arrange clarification with the relevant contacts.
What you bring
You can approach questions about appointments and customer enquiries in a structured way without deciding on solutions in advance. Curiosity, patience and a willingness to first understand each business thoroughly are important.
Your development
As your experience grows, you can assess what information businesses need before making a decision. Clear conversation notes and careful clarification of previously outstanding questions help you do this.

Compensation
Your remuneration is performance-based and commission-based. You work on a self-employed basis, under the services and commission terms agreed in advance.
Illustrative calculation
The calculation is simple; building a customer base takes work: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission x an assumed 30 euros per month would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This does not establish an expected income.
