Can you conduct business conversations in a way that is both friendly and focused? We are looking for people from Lüneburg for a self-employed B2B sales role in which advice centres on the needs of appointment-based service businesses.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You research suitable business contacts and choose legally permitted ways to make initial contact. During the conversation, you explain a clear connection to the business and ask about potential needs. If there is interest, you gather the information needed for further discussion. You respect responses and continue following up only within the agreed and legally permitted limits.

You handle business information carefully and use only permissible contact methods. You respect a lack of interest and can independently adjust your next activities accordingly.
Your development
You can learn to describe business needs more precisely and distinguish them from broad assumptions. This makes your explanations clearer and gives your next steps a stronger basis.
How you work
We are looking for people who want to work independently from home. Before you start, we will clarify how the tasks, availability and work location fit together.
Compensation
You take on this role on a self-employed, performance-based and commission-based basis. Your remuneration depends on the specific model agreed and the results actually achieved.
Illustrative calculation
The calculation is simple; building a customer base takes work: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission x an assumed 30 euros per month would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This does not establish an expected income.
