Would you like to turn your interest in service businesses into a self-employed role? We are looking for support from Oberhausen in identifying customer needs as part of the sales process, asking relevant questions and clearly explaining confirmed digital offerings.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You collect typical questions from the service industries you approach and prepare them for further clarification. Confirmed answers help you prepare future conversations more precisely. At the same time, you assess each business individually. You explain the connection between existing needs and approved services and record what information the business needs before taking another step.
What you bring
You carefully record the outcomes of conversations and can distinguish unresolved issues from confirmed statements. Initiative and reliably following through on agreed responses will help you in this role.
Your development
You can develop a more detailed understanding of different service processes. This includes recognising recurring themes while still carefully examining the particular circumstances of each business.
How you work
Remote work here involves independent planning, digital coordination and reliable follow-up. We discuss which work locations are suitable for the collaboration before you start.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
