Many tasks are interconnected in service businesses. We are looking for people from Wolfsburg to provide self-employed B2B sales support, listening carefully, asking questions about workflows and connecting digital offerings with a specific business need.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. During the needs assessment, you establish whether the company's main questions concern appointments, telephone enquiries or other confirmed areas of the offering. You describe the relevant services clearly and check what information is still needed for a decision. You base further coordination on these needs and prepare the outstanding points specifically for specialist clarification with the relevant contacts.

You can listen carefully to descriptions of day-to-day work and turn them into clear questions. Industry knowledge is helpful; you address gaps in your knowledge before making definitive statements on those subjects.

Compensation
