A business enquiry often relates to a specific process. We are looking for people from Köln interested in self-employed sales who would like to understand these connections and conduct structured, clear business conversations with appointment-based service providers.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You prepare individually for each conversation in a way that suits the service business concerned. This includes clear opening questions, relevant information about the offerings and an overview of unresolved issues. Afterwards, you clearly document the outcome and next step. You use experience from other conversations as inspiration, while carefully reassessing the requirements and actual circumstances of each company.
What you bring
You can approach questions about appointments and customer enquiries in a structured way without deciding on solutions in advance. Curiosity, patience and a willingness to first understand each business thoroughly are important.
Your development
You can align your daily sales priorities more closely with actual needs. This includes taking a realistic view of opportunities for conversations and regularly comparing your effort with the results.
How you work
This role is based on digital collaboration. You structure your work from home and follow through on the next steps agreed with your contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
A non-binding numerical example: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed commission of 60 euros per month per customer, would generate 18,000 euros in monthly commission revenue before costs, taxes and social security contributions. What matters is the conditions actually agreed and fulfilled.
