A helpful sales conversation takes a company's day-to-day work seriously. KI Master is looking for people from Uster who can ask service businesses targeted questions and clearly explain how approved digital offerings relate to their processes.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. After a conversation, you summarise the matter discussed and the information the business still needs. You coordinate requested responses and keep the agreed follow-up up to date. When new questions arise, you check whether requirements have changed. This keeps your sales advice clear, easy to follow and relevant to the company's actual situation.
What you bring
You are confident using common digital tools and present information clearly. You also need an interest in self-employed sales work and a realistic view of its financial potential.
Your development
You can learn to describe business needs more precisely and distinguish them from broad assumptions. This makes your explanations clearer and gives your next steps a stronger basis.
How you work
You plan your work from home and set yourself measurable milestones. Working arrangements and suitable contact times are agreed together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
Example calculation: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission x an assumed 60 euros per month = 18,000 euros in monthly commission turnover before costs, taxes and social security contributions. The time needed to build the business, customers acquired and ongoing contracts determine the actual result.
