A business enquiry often relates to a specific process. We are looking for people from Görlitz interested in self-employed sales who would like to understand these connections and conduct structured, clear business conversations with appointment-based service providers.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You prepare individually for each conversation in a way that suits the service business concerned. This includes clear opening questions, relevant information about the offerings and an overview of unresolved issues. Afterwards, you clearly document the outcome and next step. You use experience from other conversations as inspiration, while carefully reassessing the requirements and actual circumstances of each company.

You handle business information carefully and use only permissible contact methods. You respect a lack of interest and can independently adjust your next activities accordingly.

You can learn to describe business needs more precisely and distinguish them from broad assumptions. This makes your explanations clearer and gives your next steps a stronger basis.
How you work
This role is designed for working from home. You organise your work independently and coordinate any necessary conversation times with your business contacts.
Compensation
The proposed arrangement is a self-employed collaboration on a commission basis. We will discuss the specific services eligible for remuneration and the rules for recurring commissions before we start working together.
Illustrative calculation
To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
