Would you like to turn your interest in service businesses into a self-employed role? We are looking for support from Basel in identifying customer needs as part of the sales process, asking relevant questions and clearly explaining confirmed digital offerings.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. You collect typical questions from the service industries you approach and prepare them for further clarification. Confirmed answers help you prepare future conversations more precisely. At the same time, you assess each business individually. You explain the connection between existing needs and approved services and record what information the business needs before taking another step.

You recognise when a question requires technical or specialist clarification and obtain it. You want to provide clear advice and value verifiable information and explanations that people can follow.
Your development
You can draw on professional experience from other fields to bring a fresh perspective to conversations. What matters is how clearly and reliably you use that experience to address the specific concerns of your business contacts.
How you work
Your working day is organised digitally. The focus is on working from home and scheduled conversations; we agree on the specific time arrangements together.
Compensation
The role is offered as a self-employed collaboration on a results-based basis. Commission rates, qualifying conditions and payment arrangements are governed by the contract between us.
Illustrative calculation
To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
