Can you conduct business conversations in a way that is both friendly and focused? We are looking for people from Regensburg for a self-employed B2B sales role in which advice centres on the needs of appointment-based service businesses.
Your tasks
The conversations focus on Terminking for digital appointment management and the AI telephone assistant. During the needs assessment, you establish whether the company's main questions concern appointments, telephone enquiries or other confirmed areas of the offering. You describe the relevant services clearly and check what information is still needed for a decision. You base further coordination on these needs and prepare the outstanding points specifically for specialist clarification with the relevant contacts.
What you bring
You carefully record the outcomes of conversations and can distinguish unresolved issues from confirmed statements. Initiative and reliably following through on agreed responses will help you in this role.
Your development
One possible development goal is your own factual conversational style for different industries. It develops through attentive listening, preparation and an honest review of the conversations you have actually conducted.
How you work
This role can be carried out from home. You need a reliable digital working environment and a clear system for organising your contacts.
Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.
Illustrative calculation
For illustration only: 300 active, paying customers eligible for commission, at an assumed monthly commission of 100 euros per customer, would generate 30,000 euros in commission revenue per month before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This calculation replaces neither the work of building a customer base nor an individual earnings forecast.
