Your tasks

You listen as businesses describe their daily challenges and turn that information into specific follow-up questions. You distinguish between an organisational wish and a product feature that has actually been approved. Where the two could align, you coordinate further sales discussions. You also document which points remain open and who can provide a definitive specialist answer.

You are confident using common digital tools and present information clearly. You also need an interest in self-employed sales work and a realistic view of its financial potential.

You can develop a more detailed understanding of different service processes. This includes recognising recurring themes while still carefully examining the particular circumstances of each business.

Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis, with remuneration through agreed results and commissions. The amounts, payment arrangements and eligibility requirements are established before you join.

To illustrate the scale: 300 active, paying customers who qualify for commission would generate 9,000 euros in monthly commission at an assumed 30 euros per customer per month, before costs, taxes and social security contributions. This example says nothing about how many customers can be acquired.
