Requirements
Do you have culinary knowledge and want to meet the wide-ranging requirements and wishes of our guests with great attention to detail and creative ideas? Do you enjoy working in a team with experienced professionals and want to become part of a successful business? You work in an organised, independent and results-oriented manner. You purchase with cost efficiency in mind, are confident in costing, know the hygiene guidelines and are creative in developing menu and buffet proposals. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional and seasonal produce and ingredients and have gained experience in upscale dining in recent years.

< 1 year of leadership experience
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens preferred (no permit required)
