Requirements
Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining the hotel facilities
Taking and processing reservations (by phone/email)
Entering reservations into the hotel reservation system
Processing reservations via hotel interfaces
Posting services to guest accounts and maintaining cash register records
Providing guests with comprehensive information (directions, hiking tips, hotel services, etc.)
Warmly welcoming and seeing off our guests (check-in and check-out)
Good computer skills; familiarity with the GastroDat hotel software would be an advantage
Preparing the daily hotel newsletter
Ability to work independently
Ability to work as part of a team
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Comprehensive training until you are able to confidently handle duties independently
Experience
3 years of work experience
< 1 year of leadership experience
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
English B1 (Intermediate)
Computer skills
Gastrodat (Good knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
