For our charming tavern and restaurant, the AlpenStub’n, located in the heart of the AlpenParks Hagan Lodge in charming Altaussee, we are currently seeking a dedicated sole cook (m/f/d) with a passion for regional cuisine, quality, and authentic culinary experiences. The AlpenStub’n is the heart of our Hagan Lodge “hut village” and offers our guests a cozy dining experience in a special atmosphere—for both lodge guests and visitors from outside.
Your Responsibilities
Kitchen Management – Responsibility for mise en place and the preparation of all dishes
A focus on Austrian cuisine —as well as international classics
Resilience and flexibility —you’ll keep everything under control even in hectic situations
A neat and professional appearance —your calling card in the kitchen
Ensuring and maintaining compliance with all hygiene and quality standards
Food ordering – Planning, Ordering, and Monitoring Food Supplies
A Focused Approach —To Provide Our Guests with a First-Class Culinary Experience
Support from a Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d) – Efficient Teamwork
