For our mountain restaurant, the Sonnenalm in Grän, and Stube 15.60 in Schattwald, we’re looking for motivated kitchen assistants starting in mid-December or by agreement to support our kitchen team and ensure everything runs smoothly. Our restaurants are located in the heart of our ski areas and offer first-class cuisine as well as a unique atmosphere that delights skiers, hikers, and food lovers alike.

Requirements
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the kitchen team in preparing a wide variety of dishes
Preparing ingredients, as well as plating and serving dishes
Ensuring fresh, balanced, and high-quality meals
Compliance with all quality and hygiene guidelines
Performing daily cleaning tasks in the kitchen
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
A love for working in the food service industry and a genuine passion for cooking
Experience in food preparation and a keen sense for fresh, seasonal dishes
The ability to stay organized even during hectic moments
Good German language skills are a plus, but not required
Experience
< 1 year of work experience
Language skills
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

According to the collective bargaining agreement, the minimum salary for the position of kitchen assistant is €2,096.50 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your exact salary will be based on your previous work experience and will be determined during a joint discussion. Depending on your qualifications and prior work experience, a higher salary is, of course, possible.
