Requirements
🌿 WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Experience working at a hotel front desk, ideally in a leadership role
A passion for leading a team, organization, and taking on responsibility
Strong hospitality skills and genuine warmth
Sales talent and a strong understanding of business
Proficiency with hotel software and digital applications
Interest in AI, digitalization, and new developments
Excellent German and good English skills
Initiative, decisiveness, and a hands-on approach
A willingness to learn something new every day and to share your knowledge
You don’t have to know everything right away. What matters most to us is your personality, your willingness to learn, and your drive to make a difference together with us.
