Requirements
Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Entremetier
Ensuring that operations run smoothly
Careful preparation of the mise en place
Preparing and monitoring dishes to the highest standards
Quality assurance, monitoring, and oversight of inventory
Compliance with and monitoring of HACCP hygiene regulations
Experience
1 year of work experience
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
2200 € net / month
For this position, we offer a salary starting at EUR 2,200.00 net for 6 days/48 hours. Impress us with your skills and experience, and we’ll be happy to pay more. We’d be happy to tell you more during a personal interview.
