Description
We are a family-run 3-star hotel located in the heart of the Salzburg Sports World. Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are looking for passionate and dedicated employees who would like to join our motivated team.
To support our team, we are looking for a flexible, resilient, qualified, and motivated receptionist for the winter season, starting December 1, who is seeking a new challenge.
Your responsibilities:
Guest Check-In and Check-Out
Communication with guests via email and phone
Create quotes and send booking confirmations
On-site vacation advice
Your Profile:
EU citizens are given preference (no permit required)
Relevant completed training or experience working at the front desk
A passion for work and a friendly, open personality
Ability to work in a team, creativity, motivation, and flexibility
good communication skills
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Computer Skills

Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
