We are expanding our team with a RECEPTIONIST (m/f/d) starting November 26, 2026
Your Responsibilities
A Warm Welcome and Excellent Service for Our Guests
Check In & Check Out
Managing your own till and responsibility for cash
One-stop shop for all guest requests related to your vacation at the STOCK resort
Accurate and responsible performance of administrative tasks
Your Profile
Education with a focus on tourism or professional experience in this or a similar position
Passion & a Strong Commitment to Customer Service
Open and Respectful Manners
A confident and friendly demeanor
Team Player & Quality-Oriented
Willingness to collaborate on the further development of quality standards and to pursue personal professional development
Languages: German and English, spoken and written
