Requirements
Your Job with Us
Varied, lively, and definitely not boring:
You’ll provide our guests with warm and attentive service—from the first “Welcome” to the last drink
You’ll ensure attentive and professional service in the restaurant
You’ll prepare drinks, cocktails, coffee, and more, and have fun behind the bar
You’ll advise our guests on their food and drink choices
You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and looks great in your work area
You’ll work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service team
You’ll contribute your ideas and help create special moments for our guests
You’ll keep your cool even when things get really busy

Experience in service and/or behind the bar—or simply the right attitude and a desire to learn
Enjoy working with people
A warm, open, and communicative demeanor
Team spirit and reliability
Enjoyment of a varied workday
A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
Good knowledge of German; English is a plus
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
You’re a host with a warm heart and a great personality
Experience
1 year of work experience
Continuing education and training
Knowledge of HACCP
Cash handling and responsibility for money
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
English B1 (Intermediate)
Mobility
Driving license B
Own car required
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
2500 € gross / month
This position is governed by the collective bargaining agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry, classified in pay grade 3 with a gross monthly salary of €2,500. We are happy to pay above this rate for candidates with the appropriate experience and qualifications.
