Requirements
Completed training as a chef
Several years of professional experience in fine dining
Creativity and passion for cooking
Positive attitude and motivation
Enjoyment of the profession
Responsibilities
Managing a station
Food preparation and mise en place
Quality control in compliance with HACCP guidelines
Further developing the Rigele culinary philosophy in consultation with the head chef
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Fixed-term contract
3100 € gross / month
