Description
The Arena Franz Ferdinand Nassfeld is a modern, designer hotel for active vacationers and sports-loving families, located right next to the Millennium Express valley station. Its 144 rooms—including 54 family rooms—offer plenty of space. All rooms feature a spacious sports area where guests can conveniently store all their sports equipment.
For our hotel restaurant, we are looking for an additional Commis de Rang (m/f/d) for the 2026–2027 winter season and the 2027 summer season —someone who is eager for a new challenge and wants to take on responsibility.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensuring professional food and beverage service in accordance with hotel and quality standards
Working closely with the chef de rang and assisting in the respective areas
Serving food and beverages in the breakfast, restaurant, and bar areas
Advising our guests and making recommendations
Taking orders
Recording orders and processing payments
Performing preparatory and follow-up tasks in the various F&B outlets

Requirements
You enjoy interacting with guests and stand out for your open and positive attitude
Ideally, you have experience in the hotel or restaurant industry or professional experience in a similar position
You have strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
You have a good command of both spoken and written German and English; knowledge of other languages (CZ/SK/HR) is a plus
You can handle pressure and remain flexible in stressful situations as part of your daily work routine
Commitment, teamwork, enthusiasm, loyalty, and discretion are among your strengths
You have a strong focus on guests and service
Experience

Mobility
Driving license B
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Fixed-term contract
2640 € gross / month
We are willing to offer higher pay depending on your qualifications. The actual salary will be determined during a personal interview based on your experience and qualifications.
