We’re looking for YOU as a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)!

Requirements
What to Expect:
You’ll support the restaurant management in day-to-day operations
You’ll be right in the thick of things—not just on the sidelines: from welcoming our guests to ensuring a perfect finish
You’ll motivate, coordinate, and develop our service team
You have an eye for detail and ensure that service runs smoothly
You’ll assist with scheduling, training, and all other organizational tasks
You’ll be the point of contact for our guests and our service team
And above all: You bring your personality, your ideas, and your passion to the table!
What you bring to the table:
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry—ideally in a position of responsibility
A passion for leadership and motivating a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep a cool head when things get hectic
Warmth, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor
A commitment to quality and attention to detail
Very good command of German, good command of English
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
And most importantly: You enjoy being a host or hostess!
Experience
3 years of work experience
1 year of leadership experience
Continuing education and training
Knowledge of HACCP
Cash handling and responsibility for money
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
English B2 (good intermediate level)
Mobility
Driving license B
Own car required
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
3000 € gross / month
This position is governed by the collective bargaining agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry, classified under pay grade 2 with a gross monthly salary of €3,000. We are willing to pay above this rate for candidates with the appropriate experience and qualifications.
