5-day week / 45 hours
with a clean, independent, and cost-effective approach to work
Supporting the head chef in his operational and administrative duties
Managing the department in the head chef’s absence
Team player with a resilient personality and a professional demeanor
Completed culinary training with in-depth knowledge of food and ingredients
Several years of professional experience in this position

Requirements
Sous Chef
5-day workweek / 45 hours
with a clean, independent, and cost-effective work style
Assisting the head chef with operational and administrative tasks
Managing the department in the head chef’s absence
Team player with a resilient personality and a professional demeanor
Completed culinary training with in-depth knowledge of food and ingredients
Several years of professional experience in this position
Language skills
English A2 (basics)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
