Mainstreet Facility Management provides cleaning and janitorial services for chalets and hotels in Obergurgl. Our guests expect the highest quality and cleanliness. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated supervisor with hands-on experience. You will work as part of the maintenance team, oversee cleaning operations—particularly in the chalets—to ensure they meet our standards, and warmly welcome our guests. In addition, you will serve as the liaison between the team and management and support the cleaning and housekeeping team by ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards.

Requirements
Your Profile
Experience in facility management and in-depth knowledge of housekeeping
Ideally, some experience in team leadership or supervision
Very good German language skills (required) and good English language skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
Proficiency with smartphones (schedule and work apps)
Strong organizational and planning skills
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
A friendly and confident demeanor toward guests and coworkers
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
Class B driver’s license
Preferred: Experience driving with a trailer (Class BE driver’s license)
