As a Chef de Partie (m/f/d), you’re an important part of our kitchen team and, together with your colleagues, ensure culinary experiences of the highest caliber. You’ll work independently at your own station, contribute your expertise, and support the team in preparing and executing our dishes.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Independently managing and supervising your own kitchen station
Preparing and cooking meals in the respective kitchen area
Ensuring consistently high quality and presentation
Preparing the mise en place for daily service
Professional and careful handling of high-quality ingredients
Adherence to our hygiene and quality standards
Coordinating and collaborating with other kitchen stations
Supporting the entire kitchen team during service
Helping to shape and further develop our culinary concepts
Experience
< 1 year of leadership experience
Language skills
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
German A2 (basics)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
2200 € net / month
(This position is subject to the minimum base salary under the collective bargaining agreement—we are willing to pay above the collective bargaining agreement rate depending on the candidate's qualifications)
