About the role

Description
For the position of sauna attendant, we are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and confident person who is enthusiastic about performing sauna infusions for our guests. Perhaps you’d also like to participate in the activity program, which includes fitness and sports sessions?
Point of contact for guests throughout the entire spa and sauna area
Exclusively afternoon shifts between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays
Conducting sauna infusions (at least 3 times daily)
Preparing for and following up on sauna infusions
Supervising the entire spa area
Ensuring compliance with spa and sauna rules through professional guest service
Preparing and providing towels and drink cups
Ensuring order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the sauna and wellness area
Providing firewood for relaxation areas and fireplace areas, as well as lighting and cleaning the fireplace areas
Tidying up and keeping lounging areas clear during peak hours
Checking that all saunas, steam rooms, and infrared facilities are in working order, as well as performing lamp inspections

Requirements
Training as a sauna attendant and first-aid responder
Good German language skills to ensure smooth communication with guests
Passion for sauna infusions and guest service
Strong communication skills and good manners, even in potential conflict situations with guests
Interest in all aspects of hotel operations and enthusiasm for recommending all hotel offerings
A friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented demeanor
A strong sense of responsibility for hygiene and safety
Physical stamina and a hands-on approach
Enjoyment of interacting with guests
Ability to work well in a team and reliability
Experience
2 years of work experience
2 years of leadership experience
Language skills
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
