We’re hiring immediately or by arrangement: a passionate host for our hotel front desk!
Here’s where you can showcase your talent...
Checking guests in and out using Opera Cloud and modern iPads
You will be the guests’ primary point of contact for all matters
Preparing invoices
You’ll ensure our guests’ comfort and well-being
Work closely with all departments to fulfill guest requests
Complaint management
You will independently manage a shift and, in doing so, also assume partial responsibility for assigned apprentices and interns
Conducting consultations and sales conversations
Adherence to established quality standards

Requirements
Flexibility
A neat and professional appearance and good manners
Strong communication skills in German and English
Ability to work well in a team
Enthusiasm
Reliability
Successful completion of compulsory schooling
Experience
1 year of work experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Computer skills
Opera (Basic knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Salary: €2,330.00 gross per month (based on the collective bargaining agreement) for 40 hours—higher pay based on qualifications and experience
Payment of a 13th and 14th month’s salary
