We're looking for someone like you who wants to work with the motivated Rübezahl TEAM to ensure the well-being of our nearly 110 guests. You can expect a variety of tasks—it'll never be boring. :)
This position can also be combined with a bachelor’s or master’s degree program through distance learning at IU International University, or with degree programs that focus more on marketing.
Direct collaboration with the management team and the Thurm family, the company's owners
Close collaboration with all departments
Continuation and further development of our social media activities
Management and content curation for all social media channels (currently Instagram and Facebook)
Planning, designing, and implementing social media marketing projects, sometimes in collaboration with our web agency
Influencer Management
Preparation of Statistics and Analyses
Supporting the Marketing Team in Other Areas
Completed vocational training or college degree
Experience in similar positions
Strong communication skills, both in person and online
The drive to initiate projects and see them through to a successful conclusion

Organizational and planning skills
Working independently, taking personal responsibility, and demonstrating commitment as part of a team
Fluency in spoken and written German and English
