We are expanding our team with a DEPUTY HEAD WAITER (m/f/d) for our exclusive 5-star superior hotel, starting November 27, 2026
Your Responsibilities
Support for the Restaurant Management Team
Help lead and develop a team of approximately 40 employees
Independently managing individual shifts
Assistance and Support for Service
Conducting internal training sessions
Close communication and coordination with the other departments in the hotel
Business Thinking & Action
Your Profile
Several years of experience as a chef de rang in this hotel category
Hosting skills & a knack for service excellence, combined with in-depth knowledge of wine
Enjoyment of working with people & a passion for the profession
Professional Demeanor & Resilience
Organizational skills & a motivational approach to working with employees
Well-groomed appearance
Excellent German and English skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus

This position is covered by the collective bargaining agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, plus all overtime, additional allowances and statutory social benefits. Salaries may exceed the collective bargaining agreement depending on your qualifications.
