We are expanding our team with a MARKETING ASSISTANT SPECIALIZING IN GRAPHIC DESIGN & PURCHASING (M/F/D)

Your Responsibilities
🎨 Design and production of graphics, advertisements, flyers, printed materials, and other promotional materials using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
📱 Graphic design and ongoing updates to marketing and communications materials for print and online
🛒 Ordering, purchasing, and production management for promotional materials, merchandising items, printed materials, and giveaways
💰 Soliciting and comparing quotes, and coordinating with suppliers, agencies, and printing companies
📦 Production coordination and quality control —from inquiry to delivery
📣 Support in implementing marketing campaigns and seasonal communication initiatives
📋 Independent organization and execution of projects in accordance with management's objectives
🎉 Assistance with events and special projects at the STOCK resort
Your Profile
✨Completed training in graphic design, marketing, media design, communication, or a comparable specialized qualification
✨ Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
✨ Creative flair and a keen eye for design, typography, and details
✨ Enjoyment in the creation and production of high-quality promotional materials
✨ Strong organizational skills and a structured, precise, and independent work style
✨ Business acumen and a keen sense of pricing, quality, and suppliers
✨ Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with internal departments and external partners
✨ Strong writing skills and a good feel for language are a plus
✨ Good written and spoken English skills
✨ Excellent knowledge of MS Office
✨ Team spirit, reliability, and a passion for contributing your own ideas

What we offer
Employment & Salary

This position is covered by the collective bargaining agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, plus all overtime, additional allowances and statutory social benefits. Salaries may exceed the collective bargaining agreement depending on your qualifications.
