Description
Do you love Austrian cuisine and lead your team with skill, calm, and a sense of humor? Then take on the role of head chef at our Gnadenalm near Obertauern!
As head chef (m/f/d), you’ll delight our guests with hearty alpine dishes, contribute your own ideas, and work with your team to ensure that day-to-day kitchen operations run smoothly. You’ll be joining a family-run business nestled in the heart of the Salzburg mountains, where personal interaction and teamwork are key.

Requirements
Completed culinary training and several years of professional experience
Management experience, ideally as a head chef or sous chef
A passion for Austrian cuisine and working with fresh ingredients
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for quality and cost-effective use of ingredients
A respectful leadership style, team spirit, and the ability to remain calm even during busy periods
An independent, reliable work ethic and a solid grasp of hygiene standards
Good German language skills for daily collaboration within the team
Experience
5 years of work experience
1 year of leadership experience
Language skills
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Computer skills
HOGAST myHOGAST (Very good knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
