About the role
DescriptionOur Grizzly Sport & Motorcycle Resort stands for quality, freshness, and attention to detail. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for cooking who can support our kitchen staff in all areas of the kitchen.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking meals for our à la carte service
Preparing dishes for the daily 4-course dinner menu for our hotel guests
Working independently at your assigned station in the kitchen
Mise en place and preparation for daily kitchen operations
Professional plating and serving of dishes
Ensuring consistently high quality
Checking the freshness and quality of the ingredients used
Responsible and cost-effective handling of food
Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
Cleanliness and order in the workplace
Good teamwork within our kitchen staff
Experience
3 years of work experience
Language skills
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
2500 € net / month
The net wage is calculated based on a 6-day workweek and 54 hours per week. Higher pay is possible depending on qualifications! Plus a pro-rated share of tips!
