Description
We are looking for a reliable assistant chef for our hotel kitchen, which serves 120 guests.
The hotel kitchen offers upscale cuisine featuring plenty of fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Your duties will sometimes include assisting with breakfast and the salad bar,
but mostly preparing the menu or daily special under supervision.
Depending on the season, there are 6 colleagues on the kitchen team
Your shift hours are 8 a.m.–1 p.m. and 5 p.m.–9 p.m.
The hotel is open for about 9.5 months a year—from mid-May through the end of October
This season runs until early November, then resumes in mid-December.

Requirements
Assistance in the kitchen with all tasks
Must have completed culinary training or have several years of experience
5.5 days or 6 days during the winter season
Experience
4 years of work experience
Language skills
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

What we offer
A good work environment and a schedule provided 14 days in advance.
Working hours are adhered to, and since there are very few à la carte orders,
a good work schedule is possible.
The staff room is 100 meters away,
of course a private room with a shower/toilet, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine

2300 € net / month
EUR2300 net is based on6 days and48 hours per week. The room is rent-free, with EUR30 in monthly utility costs.
