Requirements
What you should bring to the table:
A completed culinary training program and experience in fine dining
Current HACCP training or comparable training in hygiene standards
Excellent technical and product knowledge
Decisiveness and teamwork skills
Confident and professional demeanor
Excellent German and English language skills
Valid work permit
Your responsibilities include:
Daily preparation of mise en place
Preparing and plating dishes
Organizing and coordinating processes at your station
Economical and responsible handling of food and raw materials
Continuous maintenance of quality standards and production processes
Compliance with HACCP standards throughout the kitchen
Language skills
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
