Requirements
• Assisting hotel management with all administrative matters
• Multilingual correspondence in German and English
• Assisting hotel management in developing new concepts and products
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all operational procedures
• Assisting hotel management in implementing sales and marketing projects
• Reporting to hotel management and taking on independent projects
• Guest relations
Complaint management
• Quality assurance
Experience
5 years of work experience
2 years of leadership experience
Language skills
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Computer skills
Other (Good knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
2600 € net / month
