Here are your responsibilities...
F&B host and representative for Hotel Gut Brandlhof toward guests, corporate clients, and colleagues, including a hands-on approach and proactive complaint management
Responsibility for the operational management, supervision, and quality management of the entire F&B department
Liaison between the kitchen, restaurant, banquet, and sales departments
Strategic leadership and development of the F&B departments in close consultation with management regarding key performance indicators, budget, and financial measures
Manager on Duty
Responsible for the Oracle Micros POS system, including maintenance and upkeep, as well as the KOST inventory management system
Direct reporting line to management and very close collaboration

Requirements
You have completed vocational training and have professional experience in operational management within the F&B department of a seminar and conference hotel
Initial experience as a manager with team responsibility is required
Excellent knowledge of wine / sommelier certification is desirable
You have excellent German and English language skills
Enjoy interacting with guests and have a passion for the hospitality profession
Excellent communication skills and polished manners
Good technical understanding (IT, conference technology, Office, Oracle Micros)
Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team, dedication, a sense of responsibility, and reliability

Analytical and business-minded thinking, along with a structured and goal-oriented approach to work
Experience
4 years of work experience
2 years of leadership experience
Continuing education and training
Wine sommelier training
Language skills
German Mother tongue
English C1 (advanced knowledge)
Computer skills
Micros (Good knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

5-day workweek, 45 hours
Starting annual salary: 60,000 EUR (based on 45 hours/week); higher pay possible
We’d be happy to discuss your start date and other terms with you on an individual basis
