Reception Training:
Training in guest relations and guest care
Supporting and performing standard front desk duties: check-in & check-out as well as porter services
Training in reservations, sales, and marketing
Active sales to guests Adherence to established quality standards
Requirements
Flexibility, a professional appearance, and good manners
Strong communication skills
Team player, enthusiastic, and reliable
Successful completion of compulsory schooling
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Computer skills
MS Word (Good knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
