Requirements
Completed training as a pastry chef, confectioner, or a comparable qualification
In-depth technical and product knowledge in the field of pastry making
Good command of German
Several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable position
Experience leading and organizing a team is a plus
Creativity and a passion for high-quality desserts and sweet creations
An independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
Ability to work well in a team, reliability, and resilience
Strong leadership and communication skills
High quality awareness and an eye for detail
A clean, organized, and efficient work style
Enjoyment of working in a professional and dedicated kitchen team
Experience
3 years of work experience
2 years of leadership experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
