Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Service: Responsible for a designated service station within the restaurant; assisting and advising guests on food and beverages
Orders: Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments at the table
Preparation: Preparing the mise en place to ensure a smooth service flow.
Quality Control: Ensuring the high quality and presentation of the food and beverages served
Guest Satisfaction: Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner; fulfilling special requests
Teamwork: Supporting the Chef de Rang and working closely with the kitchen and service teams
Hygiene: Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations in the service area
Experience
1 year of work experience
< 1 year of leadership experience
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
