About the role

Our gourmet dining room at the Alpenhof has been awarded a MICHELIN star, 4 toques and 17 points from Gault&Millau, and 3 forks from Falstaff. Your responsibilities: Providing personal and warm service to all guests, coordinating and ensuring flawless service, implementing creative new ideas to delight our guests, mentoring and training staff and trainees, offering expert guidance to guests in selecting beverages and dishes, handling billing and cash register management

Requirements
You have completed training in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
You have several years of experience in a similar management position.
You have a natural flair for hospitality and a passion for service.
You possess leadership skills, organizational talent, and a strong sense of responsibility.
You have excellent German and English skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
You have a professional demeanor and a strong service orientation.
Experience

Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)

Employment & Salary
Permanent contract
3400 € gross / month
13th and 14th month's salary
Gross salary as per the collective bargaining agreement; higher pay depending on experience and qualifications.
