Ideally, a vocational background in hospitality or a related field
Professional experience in a leadership and/or managerial coordination role
Respectful leadership style
Experience in quality and process optimization
An affinity for sustainable and innovative thinking and action
You work in a structured manner, have strong organizational skills, and maintain a clear overview even when restaurant operations, seminars, and events are all running simultaneously.

Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
