Our family-run 4-star superior Hotel Edelweiss is located right on the ski slope at an elevation of 2,090 meters in Hochsölden. About 25 employees—most of whom are long-time staff members—work together to provide warm hospitality of the highest standard. With 100 guest beds and an occupancy rate of around 90%, we primarily welcome guests from German-speaking countries.
To strengthen our team , we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d).
Full-time | 6-day workweek | Winter season from late November 2026 to early April 2027
Your Responsibilities:
Independently managing a station in the kitchen
Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients
Preparing cold dishes
Preparing and carrying out the daily mise en place
Sharing responsibility for ensuring smooth kitchen operations
Careful handling of food and resources
Adherence to our quality and hygiene standards
Close collaboration with the entire kitchen team
Requirements
Completed training as a chef
Professional experience as a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) or Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
Commitment to quality and a passion for culinary craftsmanship
Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
A passion for delighting our guests with culinary experiences

English B2 (good intermediate level)
German B1 (Intermediate)
Work permit
