We are looking for a receptionist with professional experience working at a hotel front desk to join our team. (Starting in November 2026—either as a winter-only position or, if you prefer, year-round)

Requirements
Completed vocational training or a vocational school qualification is a plus
Several years of experience working at a front desk is a plus, as is experience in the hospitality industry in general
Fluent written and spoken German
Excellent written and spoken English
A passion for customer service
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge of hotel software and various hotel-related online programs
Structured and meticulous work style
Internal communication and organization

Employment & Salary
Fixed-term contract
2985 € gross / month
Collective agreement rate, based on 6 days/48 hours—the minimum base salary under the collective bargaining agreement applies to this position. We are, of course, willing to pay above the collective bargaining agreement rate depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
