As a Chef de Rang with bar experience at Hotel Gassner, you’ll be part of a warm and professional service team, ensuring that our guests feel completely at home—both at the bar and in the restaurant.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently manage bar operations two days a week during the closing shift in the absence of the Bar Manager - Prepare high-quality cocktails, mixed drinks, and aperitifs using your expertise - Provide personalized service and advice to our guests at the bar in a relaxed atmosphere - Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
Additional services:
- Working as a chef de rang in the dining room on other days- Providing breakfast service for our hotel guests- Assisting with evening service, managing your own station, and interacting directly with guests- Providing expert recommendations on food and beverages as part of our gourmet cuisine
What you bring to the table:
- Good to excellent knowledge of cocktails and a passion for the bar - A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with guests - Flexibility to work between the bar and restaurant areas - An independent, reliable, and team-oriented work ethic

Requirements
Chef de Rang with bar experience, starting with the winter season
Language skills
English C2 (excellent knowledge)
German Mother tongue
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
