We’re looking for true organizational and sales talents for our Front Desk and Reservations team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT THE JÄGERWIRT
• Receiving and processing reservation requests• Proactively promoting our services to guests (by phone and email)• Welcoming and checking in arriving guests • Providing guest services and acting as an information hub for all inquiries from our international clientele • Ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay • Preparing invoices and managing the cash register• Checking out and seeing off departing guests• Selling gift certificates and rooms directly to guests • Performing administrative front desk tasks, maintaining master data• Collaborating effectively with other departments within the hotel

Requirements
Requirements:
Completed training in the hospitality industry or professional experience working at a front desk is a plus.
Very good German skills and good English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is welcome.
A friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented demeanor.
Enjoy interacting with guests and communicating with them.
Organizational skills and the ability to work independently and reliably.
Ability to work well in a team, motivation, and dedication.
Confidence in handling administrative tasks and, ideally, experience with hotel software.
Flexibility and the ability to handle pressure, even during busy periods.
Experience
2 years of work experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
