To strengthen our kitchen team and continue to delight our guests every day, we are looking for a dedicated and creative full-time chef (m/f/d) starting next season.
Requirements
Culinary Variety: Independently preparing and creatively plating dishes for our half-board guests as well as for our à la carte service.
Quality & Freshness: Careful handling of high-quality, primarily regional ingredients.
Workplace Organization: Preparing your own workstation (mise en place) and assisting colleagues as needed.
Hygiene Standards: Strict adherence to and implementation of HACCP guidelines, as well as maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
Teamwork: Actively contributing to menu planning and bringing your own creative ideas to a close-knit team.
Experience

Language skills
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
