About the role

Description
Together with Executive Chef Stephan Gerstner and the team, you will share responsibility for the new restaurant and showcase the diversity of Mediterranean cuisine and fine dining.
You enjoy working with local ingredients that are prepared in innovative and flavorful ways.
You’ll contribute your own ideas and be creative in preparing the daily à la carte menus.
Working hand in hand with Stephan, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and will play a key role in maintaining our high standards.

Requirements
Completed vocational training in the kitchen and experience working with high-quality, fresh ingredients
You are a team player, reliable, and flexible
You thrive on working independently and enjoy contributing your own ideas
You think and act with cost awareness, while also maintaining a business-oriented and service-oriented mindset. You are distinguished by a strong commitment to quality and the desire and enthusiasm to learn something new every day.
Please note that a good command of German or English is required
