Description
We are looking for a motivated Commis de Rang (m/f/d) for our company for the upcoming 2026/27 winter season

Responsibilities:
You’ll manage your section, which serves about 30 guests, and ensure that everyone feels welcome.
You’ll support the Chef de Rang and the Demi Chef de Rang in all service operations.
You’ll work in a variety of service areas throughout our restaurant: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Responsibility for serving food and beverages —professionally, attentively, and courteously.
In the evenings, you’ll guide our guests through a 5-course meal and, together with our restaurant team, ensure first-class service.

Requirements
Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry and are now looking to gain practical experience.
You are a competent employee with a positive team spirit and always have a smile on your face.
With your confident, well-groomed, and friendly demeanor, you inspire guests and colleagues alike and possess strong communication skills.
You demonstrate a strong willingness to perform and a passion for your work.
Responsible, open-minded, and a team player, you actively contribute to a harmonious work environment.
Your cheerful and confident personality makes the service enjoyable for guests and the team alike.
Experience

German C1 (advanced knowledge)
English B1 (Intermediate)
Mobility
Driving license B
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
